脱毒与未脱毒马铃薯叶片光合特性的比较研究

摘    要: 采用便携式LI 6 4 0 0光合作用测定仪对马铃薯叶片的光合特性进行了研究。结果表明 ,脱毒马铃薯叶片的光合速率在季节变化和日变化中 ,分别比未脱毒处理高 10 .0 5 %和 12 .82 % ;在比叶重 (SLW )和叶面积系数 (LAI)变化中 ,脱毒处理分别比未脱毒处理高 32 .15 %和 6 8.0 %。因而 ,脱毒马铃薯光能利用率高 ,积累的光合产物多 ,有利于高产

Abstract:The photosynthetic characteristics of potato leaves were studied using portable LI 6400 photosynthesis measurer. The results showed that the photosynthetic rates of virus free potato leaves were higher than that of check by 10.05 % and 12.82 % in seasonal and diurnal change, respectively. The changes of SLW and LAI of virus free treatment were higher than check by 32.51 % and 68.0 %, respectively. Therefore, virus free potato has a higher energy utilization efficiency and more accumulated photosynthate which are of benefit to high yield.
