摘    要:为进行紫花苜蓿种质耐荫性鉴定,在人工模拟遮荫条件下研究了从美国引进的10个紫花苜蓿品种在大田环境下的生育和产量表现。结果表明:50%遮光率对紫花苜蓿植株生育影响显著,表现为植株高度显著增加,主侧茎节数、主茎粗、侧茎长等性状呈不同程度下降,下部叶片衰老脱落加快,饲草品质下降。遮荫导致不同基因型紫花苜蓿产量极显著下降,下降幅度为23.5%~54.6%,导致减产的主要因素是单茎质量和单株分枝数的减少。综合分析,相对适宜林下种植的紫花苜蓿品种有APOIIO SUPREME、AGGRESSOR和朝阳等,但其耐荫具有相对性。

Abstract:Under shading simulated by manpower, plant growth and yields of 10 alfalfa genotypes introduced from the USA were respectively investigated in field to identify the shaded-tolerance. The results showed 50% light shading affected plant growths significantly. It was obvious that main stem lenghths increased while stem burls, stem diameters and lateral branches, etc. decreased to different extents.
