| 摘 要： | 目的]建立棉花中多种农药残留同时检测的分析方法.方法]样品中残留农药采用乙腈提取,使用PSA粉净化,再经在线凝胶渗透色谱-气相色谱/质谱（GPC-GC/MS）分析,进一步除去样液中脂肪等大分子干扰物质.结果]加标水平为0.008～0.064 mg/kg时,回收率为65％～120％,相对标准偏差小于15％;44种农药的检出限为0.000 5～0.020 0 mg/kg.结论]试验证明,该方法操作简单快速、准确度高,能够满足棉花中多种农药残留限量标准的检测要求.

| Abstract: | Objective] The aim was to develope a rapid, simple and sensitive method for the simultaneous determin ing of pesticide residues in cotton. Method] The target pesticides in cotton were purified by PSA powder dispersive sorbent. The drugs＇ were analyzed by GPCGC/MS, which removed most of macromolecule such as fat. Result] When the 44 kinds of pesticide residues adding standard level was 0.0080.064 mg/kg, the average recoveries （n-5）were in range of 65%120% and the RSD was less than t5%. The limits of detec tion were in range of 0.000 5-0.020 0 mg/kg. Conclusion] The test showed that the method was simple, fast and ac curate. The method in this study could be used for detecting the pesticide residues in cotton. |
