摘 要: | [目的]研究水蒸气蒸馏法(SD)和超临界CO2萃取法(SFE-CO2)提取羌活挥发油的工艺条件。[方法]采用超临界萃取和水蒸气蒸馏法提取,通过正交试验,考察最佳提取工艺。[结果]结果表明,水蒸气蒸馏最佳工艺条件是:加水量12倍、回流时间8 h、粒度为粗粉,提取率为1.094%;超临界萃取最佳条件是:压力20 MPa、温度40℃、时间4 h,萃取率为7.76%,为前者的7.1倍。[结论]超临界萃取法工艺优于水蒸气蒸馏法。

Study on Techniques of Extracting the Volatile Oils from Notopterygium incisum Ting ex H. T.Chang by Two Methods |

Abstract: | [Objective] The research aimed to study the technique of extracting the volatile oils from Notopterygium incisum Ting ex H.T.Chang by supercritical carbon dioxide(SFE-CO2)and steam distillation(SD).[Method] The orthogonal experiments were used to choose the optimal conditions,and the SFE-CO2 and SD were used.[Result] The results indicated that the optimal conditions of SD were 12 times of water,time of 8 hours and graininess coarse,the yield of the volatile oils was 1.094%;SFE-CO2 were pressure of 20 MPa,temperature of 40 ℃ and time of 4 hours,the yield was 7.76%,which was 7.1 times of SD.[Conclusion] The extraction technique by SFE-CO2 is better than SD. |
