| 摘 要： | 以低、中、高3种剂量的枣仁蜂乳口服液给小鼠灌胃,考察其改善睡眠的保健作用。结果表明:枣仁蜂乳口服液能大幅缩短巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠潜伏期、明显延长阈剂量戊巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠时间、显著增加阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠发生率(P<0.05或0.01),因而具有改善睡眠的保健功能。枣仁蜂乳口服液采用酸枣仁和蜂乳协同作用,不但可以加强深度睡眠从而提高睡眠质量,而且几乎没有安全风险且服用方便,无疑将成为一种理想的新型助眠保健食品。 |

| Abstract: | The sleep improvement function experimental of Oral Solution of wild jujube seed & royal jelly (OSWR) was carried out by pouring OSWR into rats' stomach at low, middle or high dosage. The results showed that OSWR could shorten substantially the rats' sleep latent period which induced by barbital sodium, prolong obviously the rats' sleep time which induced by pentobarbital sodium at threshold dosage, and increase greatly the rats' sleep occurred probability induced by pentobarbital sodium at under- threshold dosage(P<0.01 or 0.05). All these indicated that OSWR owning the health function of sleep improvement. Wild jujube seed and royal jelly showed synergism phenomenon, which not only could enhance deep sleep and then improve the sleep quality, but also could hardly take any safety risk and conveniently for use. Therefore, OSWR would become a perfect new health food with sleep assistance function. |
