2013 年广东生猪产业发展形势与对策建议

对广东省2012 年生猪产业发展情况进行了介绍，从区域分布、产业化水平、价格变化、成本收益、碳足迹测算等方面进行了分析。重点对2013 年广东生猪产品的价格进行了分析，并对2014 年广东生猪产品价格进行了预测。研究结果表明，2013 年广东生猪产业健康发展，生猪价格前期变动呈野V冶字型，波动较大，后期趋于平缓；猪粮比价在蓝色、黄色、红色、蓝色预警区间徘徊；2011 年广东生猪产业碳排放总量为4 062.32 万t，2012 年为4 110.61万t。据此提出了构建和完善病死猪无公害处理体系大力发展循环型生态养猪业，进一步优化生猪业健康发展环境多举措切实推进行业转型升级。

The paper analysed the hog industry in Guangdong province during 2013, and focused on regionaldistribution, level of industrialization, price changes, cost and benefit, carbon footprint calculation. The paper also focused onthe price change of Guangdong province developed well in 2013, and forecasted the trend of price in Guangdong. The resultsshowed that the hog price showed aV shape in the first half of the year, and tend to be gentle in the second half of the year;The pig grain price hovered in the blue, yellow, red warining interval; The hog industry carbon emissions in 2011 and 2012were 4 062.32104 t and 4 110.61104 t. The paper also gave some suggestions on the hog industry, such as constructing thedied pigs of pollution-free processing system, developing recycling based ecological pig industry, further optimizing theenvironment for the healthy development of pig breeding, promoting the transformation and upgrading of industry.
