| Abstract: | The actual conditions of modern residential area were analyzed in the paper. The basic rules in residents' everyday life were summarized. The landscape design in modern residential area was highlighted, including the rules of the design, entire characteristics, individual characteristics, roads landscape design, greenbelt landscape design and small garden ornaments design. |
