工商管理专业应用型本科人才培养模式的研究

目前我国高等教育已由精英教育阶段进入大众化教育阶段,培养本科层次应用型人才既是我国社会发展的客观要求,也是我国高等教育多元发展的必然趋势。作为以培养综合性、应用型人才为己任的一般本科院校的工商管理专业更应该及时转变人才培养模式,以适应新的形势、新的要求。本文从当前工商管理专业人才培养模式的现状入手,分析了其存在问题和原因,并针对性地提出了改革应用型本科院校工商管理专业人才培养模式的创新思路和方法。

Study on the Personnel Training Mode of Applied Undergraduate of Business Administration Professional

At present,higher education has been the elite education into mass higher education,cultivating the applied talents of undergraduate level both is the objective requirements of development in China,but also an inevitable trend of diversified development of higher education in China.Business Administration Professional in general universities which to cultivate comprehensive,applied talents as object,should change the training model to adapt to the new situations and new demands.From the status quo of Business Administration Professional training mode,analyzes the problems and causes existed in it,and puts forward the innovative ideas and methods of reform the personnel training mode of applied undergraduate of business applied undergraduate.
