| 摘 要： | 过去,我国的大学英语教学由于过分强调"基础性"而忽视了"工具性",限制了大学英语教学的发展空间。转型期,应根据人才市场的需求,强调英语的"工具性",拓宽教学视野,培养更多的复合型人才。

| Abstract: | China＇s College English teaching overemphasized the base feature of it in the past,which restricts the space for the development of College English.Based on the analysis,the paper concludes that in transition,College English teaching should attach importance to the tool feature of English so as to expand the teaching field of view and train more inter-disciplinary talents according to the social demand for talents. |
