摘    要:为挖掘云南省猕猴桃种质资源,对滇东及滇东北部分地区的野生猕猴桃资源进行了调查收集,在对资源果实进行感官评价、形态测定分析及总糖、总酸等鉴定分析基础上,筛选出4个优良单株,对优良单株开展了矿质元素含量比较分析。结果表明,优良单株DSG-2果实的磷、锌、铁、镁、钙、铜和钠含量均最高;XSD-1果实的磷、镁、钙、铜、钠和钾含量均最低;4个优良单株的钾、钙、磷和镁含量居前4位,占总量的99.51%~99.76%,锌、铁、锰、铜和钠含量均较低,矿质元素总量、矿质营养综合评价指数及矿质营养品质由高到低的顺序均为DSG-2>LBBH-1>LB-2>XSD-1。

Abstract:To explore the wild kiwifruit germplasm resources in Yunnan Province, a survey was conducted to collect wild kiwifruit resources in eastern and northeastern Yunnan. Four excellent individual plants were selected on the basis of sensory evaluation, morphometric analysis and total sugar and total acid identification analysis of the fruits. The results showed that the fruit of DSG-2 had the highest content of P, Zn, Fe, Mg, Ca, Cu and Na, XSD-1 fruits had the lowest content of P, Mg, Ca, Cu, Na and K. The content of K, Ca, P and Mg of the four plants ranked as the top four among all mineral elements, accounting for 99.51%-99.76% of the total, while the content of Zn, Fe, Mn, Cu, and Na was relatively low respectively. The order of the total mineral elements, the integrated mineral nutrition assessment index and the mineral nutrient quality of the four individual plants were all DSG-2> LBBH-1>LB-2>XSD-1.
