摘    要:为研究钙浓度对烤烟生长及镁吸收的影响,以烤烟K326为试验材料,采用营养液培养方式,测定不同Ca2+浓度下,烤烟各生育时期的农艺性状、生物量、团棵期及现蕾期烟叶钙和镁含量及钙镁比,并对Ca2+浓度与烟叶钙镁含量和农艺性状进行相关性分析。结果表明:上、下部叶片镁含量与培养液Ca2+浓度呈显著负相关;中部叶片镁含量与烟叶钙含量呈显著负相关。Ca2+浓度为12.25mmol/L时烤烟的长势最佳,为11.22mmol/L时最有利于烤烟叶片生物量的积累。烤烟生长的最佳根际Ca2+浓度为11.22~12.25mmol/L。

Abstract:To study the effects of calcium concentration on growth and magnesium (Mg) absorption of flue-cured tobacco, samples from the growth period of flue-cured tobacco K326 leaves with different concentrations of Ca2+ in nutrient culture were collected. The agronomic traits, amount of biomass accumulation, calcium(Ca) and Mg content in resettling stage and squaring stage, Ca and Mg ratio, the correlation between Ca2+ concentration and the contents of Ca and Mg, and agronomic traits were analyzed. The results showed that the contents of upper and lower leaf Mg was negatively significant correlated with the concentration of Ca2+ in the culture solution. The content of Mg in middle leaves was negatively significant correlated with the content of Ca in tobacco leaves. The growth potential of flue-cured tobacco was the best when the concentration of Ca2+ was 12.25mmol/L and 11.22mmol/L was the best concentration for the accumulation of leaf biomass of flue-cured tobacco. So, the optimal concentration of rhizosphere Ca2+ for flue-cured tobacco growth was 11.22-12.25mmol/L.
