立枯丝核菌诱导下深色有隔内生真菌A024代谢组学分析

摘    要:为研究深色有隔内生真菌(Phialocephala bamuru)A024对立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani Kühn)的抑制机制,本研究从采用LC-MS分析平台对立枯丝核菌诱导条件下深色有隔内生真菌A024的非靶向代谢组进行分析。结果表明菌株A024代谢产物包括9大类,27小类,筛选得到52个差异代谢物,同对照相比,诱导后上调的31个,下调的21个,其中黄酮类化合物、L-苹果酸、磷酸鸟苷、烟酸等显著上调。差异代谢产物的KEGG富集分析中花生四烯酸代谢、组氨酸和嘌呤类生物碱的生物合成、植物次生代谢产物的生物合成、萜类和聚酮类生物碱的生物合成等显著富集。筛选得到多个差异显著性代谢产物及其富集的代谢通路,为进一步研究其对立枯丝核菌的抑制作用机制打下基础。

Abstract:To explore the inhibition mechanism of dark septate endophytes fungus A024 Phialocephala bamuru against Rhizoctonia solani Kühn, the non-targeted metabonomics of fungus A024 induced by R. solani were analyzed by LC-MS system. The results showed that the metabolites of A024 strain included 9 categories and 27 classes, and 52 differential metabolites were screened out. Compared with the control group, 31 of them were up-regulated and 21 of them were down-regulated after induction, among which, flavonoids, L-malic acid, guanosine monophosphate and nicotinic acid were significantly up-regulated. Arachidonic acid metabolism, biosynthesis of histidine and purine alkaloids, biosynthesis of plant secondary metabolites, biosynthesis of terpenoids and polyketide alkaloids were significantly enriched in the analysis of KEGG enrichment. Different metabolites and their enriched metabolic pathways were screened in the study, which laid a foundation for further research on the mechanism of their inhibition on R. solani.
