摘    要:为了探索新型除草剂氟咯草酮在青海高原马铃薯田的安全应用技术,以青海主栽马铃薯品种‘青薯9号’为试验材料,采用农药登记田间药效试验和马铃薯品质分析方法,测得氟咯草酮最佳使用剂量、使用方式及品质指标等数据。结果表明,氟咯草酮在马铃薯田使用中的剂量推荐为350~650 g a.i./hm2;最佳使用时期为播后苗前,一般在马铃薯播种后15~20天;最优使用方式为土壤封闭处理,对单双子叶杂草综合防效达到80%以上,增产10.15%以上,且对马铃薯品质中重要的参数指标粗淀粉含量、维生素C含量、还原糖含量和干物质量无影响,氟咯草酮可在青海高原马铃薯田乃至西北马铃薯种植区作为主要除草剂推广应用。

Abstract:To explore the safety application technology of the new herbicide flurochloridone in potato field on Qinghai Plateau, the potato variety ‘Qingshu 9’ was used as material, pesticide registration field efficacy trials and potato quality analysis were conducted, and the best dosage, application mode and quality index data of flurochloridone were measured. The results show that the effective dose of flurochloridone in potato field is recommended to be 350-650 g a.i./hm 2, the best application time is after sowing and before seedling, usually at 15-20 d after sowing. The best application mode is to seal the soil. The comprehensive control effect of Flurochloridone on monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous weeds could be more than 80%, and the yield could be increased by more than 10.15%, and it had no effect on the important parameters of the content of starch, Vc and reducing sugar and the dry matter quality. Therefore, Flurochloridone can be popularized as the main herbicide in potato fields on Qinghai Plateau and potato growing areas in northwest China.
