摘    要:为了探讨飞防前提下有效药剂的安全使用范围,采用田间小区试验,以常量喷雾方法模拟田间飞防操作情况下不同除草剂处理水平对小麦品种‘豫麦49’的生长影响试验。结果表明,供试除草剂在推荐用量、2倍剂量和4倍剂量下小麦旗叶叶绿素含量、N含量、光合速率、株高、叶锈病病情指数均显著降低。施用3.6%二磺·甲碘隆WDG2倍剂量和15%炔草酯WP4倍剂量下旗叶叶绿素含量和N含量不降反升。推荐剂量、倍量下小区试验产量显示增产效果;而当施用剂量达4倍剂量时,产量均明显下降。

Abstract:In order to explore the safe application dosage of effective herbicide under the condition of field UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) spray control, the effects of different herbicide treatment levels on the growth of wheat variety ‘Yumai 49’ under the condition of field UAV spray control were simulated by field plot experiment and constant spray method. The results showed that under the herbicide treatment with the recommended dosage, 2 times dosage and 4 times dosage, the chlorophyll content, N content and photosynthetic rate of flag leaves of wheat, plant height and leaf rust disease index significantly decreased. The chlorophyll content and N content of flag leaves had no decrease but increased when 3.6% disulfonate-meiodarone WDG 2 times dosage and 15% acetylide WP 4 times dosage were applied. The yield of the plot test at the recommended dosage and the multiple times dosage showed an increase, but when the dosage reached 4 times, the yield decreased significantly.
