摘    要:介绍了在小型输送试验台上进行的稻壳气力输送试验结果,并对试验结果进行了理论分析,给出了部分数学回归结果。在此基础上,比较了螺旋给料机输送、重力输送和皮带输送机输送稻壳方法的优缺点。气力输送比其他几种输送方法更具有优越性,更适于需要大而稳定输送量的工业场合。得出的结果对工程上的稻壳输送装置的设计、开发及改造具有重要指导意义。

Abstract:This article reports the experimental results of gas transportation of rice husk in our small scale experimental system, and analyses experimental results with theoretical method, and gives some mathematical regress correlation. On the basis of this, all kinds of ways to transport rice husk are compared. The conclusion shows that gas transportation is first preferred when transporting rice husk, especially when a large quantity of rice husk feed is required. All these results drawn here are very important for the design and development of rice husk transportation device.
