巨菌草播种机漏播补种系统设计

摘    要:针对缓坡地预切种式菌草种植机存在的漏播现象,提高菌草播种机械作业的质量和自动化水平,提出一种基于stm32的漏种补播系统,该系统采用光电对射传感器和编码器分别监测漏种和排种器转速,在监测到排种器漏种时驱动补种器步进电机执行补种动作,播种发生故障时自动报警。为验证系统的可靠性,对试验样机进行测试。结果表明,排种速度在1~6 km/h时,播种机的漏种率较低,漏种后的补种率高,提高了巨菌草种植机的播种质量。

Abstract:Arming at loss sowing phenomenon for Giant Juncao planter and in order to improve quality and anautomation level of seeding machine,a type of leakage seeding system based on STM32 was proposed.System used photoelectric sensor to monitor leakage seeding and used encoder to meter seed sowing device’s speed.When monitoring miss seeding,microcomputer would drive step motor to carry out action of resowing.If planter encounters a unsolvable problem,system would give a alarm.To verify reliability of system,a prototype with sowing resow system was tested.And test results showed that when seeding rate at 1~6 km/h,seed leakage rate was low and resowing rate was high,which greatly improve seeding quality of Giant Juncao planter.
