摘    要:农药产品化学成分复杂,具有腐蚀性和毒性,中西部和东北部农业发达地区农药运输成本相对较高,且农药运输发生的事故时有发生。针对农药安全运输要求,研究了一套基于CAN总线的安全运输监测系统,系统采用多数据融合的方法,结合3G通信、北斗定位等技术实时监测车厢内部环境参数(温度、湿度、压力和异味浓度)与车辆运行参数(速度、加速度和位置)。开展试验,结果表明,测量相对误差<7%,提高了农资运输信息化和标准化水平。

Abstract:Chemical composition of pesticide products is highly corrosive and toxic,transportation cost of pesticide is relatively high in midwestern and northeastern agricultural area,accidents due to pesticide transport occurs frequently.To meet requirement of pesticide safety transportation,a set of safety transportation monitoring system based on CAN bus was developed,multi-data fusion method combining with 3G communication,Beidou positioning technology and so on were adopted to system,that could monitor internal environment parameters in car including temperature,humidity,pressure and odor concentration and vehicle operation parameters including speed,acceleration and location.Corresponding tests were carried out,results showed that,relative error of measurement was less than 7%,level of standardization and informatization of agricultural transportation was improved.
