燃料电池中频耦合逆变电源研究

摘    要:把燃料电池输出的24V直流电压通过变流装置转换成220V交流电压,逆变电路克服了燃料电池输出电压稳定性差的问题,交流部分用中频耦合,减小了变压器的质量,逆变器使用较少的中间变换电路,使系统总体结构简单,功能明确。在逆变器的交交变频部分,采用双路PWM脉冲,同时,对其工作原理也进行了详尽的分析,作出了仿真结果;最后给出了逆流装置交交变频部分的电路及实验结果。

Abstract:Using DC-DC-AC-AC converter to invert 24 V DC voltage from fuel cells output to 220 V AC voltage, the problem of variable voltage characteristics of fuel cells could be overcome by the proposed circuit configuration. In order to reduce the weight of the converter and voltage stages, medium frequency link was used. The converter has simpler structure, less loss and is an ideal interface to the current source characteristics of fuel cells. Cycloconverter was used to realize AC-AC converter, and two carrier PWM approaches were also introduced as a way to implement a medium frequency link. Simulation and experimental results were presented at last.
