| 摘 要： | 开放实验在创新型人才培养中有着非常重要的作用,开放实验存在着定位模糊、技术难度大、管理困难等问题,从开放实验的定位问题入手,试从保证实验室的充分开放、开放实验项目的开发以及开放实验的管理等方面展开讨论,以构建一个完善的开放实验体系,加强创新型人才的培养。

| Abstract: | Open experiments play a very important role in cultivating creative talents.However,they have many issues such as vague position,technical and management difficulties.The positioning issues of the open experiments,how to fully open the laboratory,and how to develop and manage open experiment projects were mainly discussed in this article,as to build a complete open experimental system,strengthening the innovative talents. |
