条石鲷工厂化养殖技术的初步研究

2007年10月6日从山东日照购进条石鲷鱼苗45 000尾,在浙江省苍南县渔寮乡后槽村苍南县康绿海洋生物科技有限公司进行了工厂化养殖技术试验。至2009年12月18日,共存条石鲷32 500尾,总产量为15 811.25 kg,平均全长为27 cm,平均体质量为486.5 g,养殖成活率为72.22%,饵料系数为2.7,实现利润81.86万元,投入产出比为1∶1.59。养殖过程中,试验了水温、溶氧、盐度、pH值、放养密度、投饵、水质管理对条石鲷生长的影响及刺激隐核虫、肝胆综合症和楯纤虫的防治技术。

Preliminary Studies on Industrial Aquaculture Technique of Oplegnathus fasiatus

October 6,2007f,orty-five thousand fries of Oplegnathus fasiatus were purchased from Rizhao of Shandong.To December 18,2009,the amount of survival Oplegnathus fasiatus was 32 500 tails,the yield of 15 811.25 kg was obtained,the average total length of Oplegnathus fasiatus was 27.00 cm,the average body length of Oplegnathus fasiatus was 486.5 kg,the survival rate of culture was 72.22%,the feed conversion ratio was 2.70,total profits reached 818 600 yuan,the inut-output ratio was 1∶1.59.In the process of the experiment,the water temperature,DO,salinity,pH value,stocking density,bait casting management,water quality management and techniques for preventing and treating diseases were tested and discussed。
