头花蓼化学成分研究

摘    要:目的]研究头花蓼的化学成分,为科学利用头花蓼提供参考。方法]利用硅胶、聚酰胺和Sephadex LH-20对头花蓼化学成分进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质、光谱数据等,鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果]从10 kg干燥带花全草头花蓼中分离纯化出6种化合物,化合物1为1.25 g,化合物2为33.00 mg,化合物3为0.90 g,化合物4为0.78 g,化合物5为0.14 g,化合物6为31.00 mg,分别鉴定为没食子酸、原儿茶酸、β-胡萝卜苷、β-谷甾醇、香草酸、7-O-(6′-没食子酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖基-5-羟基色原酮。结论]从头花蓼全草中得到了6种化合物,分别鉴定为没食子酸、原儿茶酸、β-胡萝卜苷、β-谷甾醇、香草酸、7-O-(6′-没食子酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖基-5-羟基色原酮。

Study on Chemical Constituents of Polygonum capitatum

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to study the chemical constituents of Polygonum capitatum so as to provide the reference for utilizing P.capitatum scientificly.Method]The chemical constituents of P.capitatum were isolated and purified by silica,polyamide and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and the structures of compounds obtained were identified by the physicochemical properties and spectral analyzing data.Result]Six compounds were isolated and purified from 10 g whole plant of dry P.capitatum with flowers.The compound 1 was 1.25 g,the compound 2 was 33.00 mg,the compound 3 was 0.90 g,the compound 4 was 0.78 g,the compound 5 was 0.14 g and the compound 6 was 31.00 mg and they were identified as the galic acid,protocatechuic acid,β-deucosterol,β-sitosterol,vanillic acid and 7-O-(6-galloyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-5-hydroxychromone,resp.Conclusion]Six compounds were obtained from whole plant of P.capitatum and identified as the galic acid,protocatechuic acid,β-deucosterol,β-sitosterol,vanillic acid and 7-O-(6-galloyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-5-hydroxychromone,resp.
