大学生村官工程建设存在问题及对策研究——基于西安户县的调查分析

在大学生就业难和农村人才紧缺形势下,引导和鼓励高校毕业生面向广大农村基层就业,架构农村科学技术人才,以期实现双赢是各级党政部门和高校一项长期而艰巨的重要任务。该研究以户县地区大学生村官为调查对象,对大学生村官工程发展现状进行了分析,并指出了该工程存在的问题,最后结合现实,提出应当从改善村官工作环境、提高工资福利待遇、加强培训管理、合理使用村官、完善进出机制,引导村官发展等方面着手,来推动大学生村官工程持续、稳定和健康发展。

Problems and Countermeasures of College-graduates Village Officer Project

Under the dual conflicts of difficulty for college students getting a satisfied job and talent shortage in rural areas,encouraging and guiding high college graduates to build career in the basic level of rural area,and composing technological person in the rural area,were significant tasks of both high college and government in order to achieve a win-win situation.Taking college students in Huxian County as the sample,current situation was analyzed,and exist dilemma was pointed out.Finally,combining with the reality,we should be improve working atmosphere,raise welfare and treatment,strengthen management and allocate them reasonably,improve 'hire in and out' mechanic,guide the development of college officials so as to realize the sustainable,stable and healthy development of college graduates official project.
