| 摘 要： | 对农业院校科研经费管理与使用中存在的问题进行了分析,结合农业院校的实际情况,建议农业院校要完善科研经费管理体制,创新财务管理模式,健全科研经费管理制度,加强科研经费监督评价,提高科研经费运行效益。
