摘    要:目的]研究不同剂量辐照苏州青种子的发芽率及栽培后的生长情况,为培育优质苏州青提供参考价值。方法]用不同剂量60Co-γ射线辐照处理苏州青种子,研究其发芽率及栽培后生长情况。结果]不同剂量60 Co-γ射线辐照对苏州青种子的发芽率、生长情况、外观品质、抗虫害能力均有不同程度的影响。辐照剂量为20 Gy时发芽率最高,苗的长势最好;辐射剂量为10 Gy时虫害较严重。结论]试验结果对于优质、高效培育蔬菜有一定的参考价值。

Effects of γ Ray Irradiation on the Seed Germination Rate and Growth of Suzhou Green

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the germination rate of seed and the growth of Suzhou Green after cultivation under different doses irradiation,providing references for the research on the cultivating high-quality of Suzhou Green's seeds irradiated with γ ray.Method] The Suzhou Green's seeds were irradiated with the different doses of 60Co-γ ray and its germination rate and growth were observed.Result] The seed germination rate,growth,the appearance quality and pest-resistant ability are the influence of different levels on different doses of 60Co-γ ray radiation to Suzhou Green.When the radiation dose was 20 Gy,the seed geermination rate of Suzhou Green was the highest,and its growth was best.When the radiation dose was 10 Gy,the pests were more than the others.Conclusion] It was significance to do the experiment in superior quality and high efficiency vegetables industry-culturing.
