摘    要:[目的]探讨提高文冠果良种化栽培保苗率的试验方法。[方法]通过连续3年的对照文冠果实生种植试验、一年生和两年生文冠果苗木移栽试验以及文冠果实生苗嫁接试验,筛选优化的文冠果良种化栽培方法。[结果]文冠果实生栽培保苗率高,可达90%以上;一年生移栽苗木成活率明显高于两年生苗木,可高达60%以上。两年生文冠果苗木移栽后,灌水6次,垄栽的成活率最高,可达20%以上,而沟栽的成活率为0。文冠果实生苗嫁接成活率可达93%以上,保苗率为89.28%。[结论]文冠果通过采用实生繁殖→间苗建园→嫁接的方式,既能防止烂根,提高保苗率,也可以达到文冠果良种化栽培的目的。

Study on the Highbred Cultivation of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge with High Seedling Rate

Abstract:[Objective]The research aimed to study the best experimental method of the highbred cultibation of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge.[Method]Through continuous three years experiments,the survival rates of the biennial plantlet of X.sorbifolia among three different plant ways,which are level planting,furrow planting,and ridge planting were compared.[Result]The results showed that after six times of irrigation,the survival rates of ridge planting was the highest,which could reach as high as 20% or more;the survival rates of furrow planting was 0;after four or five times of irrigation to the transplanting plantlets,the survival rates of annual plantlets was significantly higher than that of the biennial plantlets;the excellent and high-yield scion test showed that the survival rates could reach 93% or more,and keeping seedling ratio could reach 89.28%.[Conclusion]This study concluded a way of enhancing the keeping seedling ratio: seed breeding first,and then thin out engraftment base the spacing in the rows and spacing between rows of the initial fabricative nursery garden.
