摘    要:目的]研究饲料用苦荞麦秸秆的主要成分。方法]以苦荞麦秸秆为原料,测定其糖分、脂肪和粗蛋白的含量。结果]苦荞麦秸秆还原糖、水溶性总糖和淀粉的变化规律为:主茎秆的含量大于分枝茎秆的含量;粗脂肪含量为1.14%,比一般谷物秸秆高0.1%,粗蛋白含量为3.14%,比一般谷物秸秆高0.31%。结论]苦荞麦秸秆是较好的饲料来源之一。

Study on the Chemical Components of Buckwheat Stalk for Feed

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to study the main components of buckwheat stalk for feed.Method]With buckwheat stalk as materials,the contents of sugar,fat and crude protein were determined.Result]The change rules of reducing sugar,water-soluble total sugar and starch in buckwheat stalk were as follows: the content in the main stalk than that in branching stalk.The content of crude fat was 1.14%,higher 0.1% than that in common grain stalk.The content of crude protein was 3.14%,higher 0.31% than that in common grain stalk.Conclusion]Buckwheat stalk was one of the better feed sources.
