车辆多体动力学模型的动态仿真

摘    要:利用多体动力学分析软件对某国产轿车的动力学特性进行仿真。首先建立了包含前后悬架系统、转向系统以及轮胎的整车模型,并时与整车性能影响最大的悬架系统进行模拟测试和优化修改,从而提高车辆的操作稳定性和平顺性。最后用频率正弦扫描的方法测试了整车模型的动力学特性。仿真结果显示,该车辆模型具有转向不足的特性,同时平顺性能也比较理想。用频率扫描仿真方法可以简单快速地获得车辆的整体模态特性.避免了随机振动分析方法要考虑随机振动信号的不确定性,为分析车辆动态特性提供了一种快速便捷的方法。

Abstract:This paper presents a comprehensive vehicle model for simulating kinematic and dynamic behaviors. The model consists of front and rear-suspensions, tires, chassis, and road profile. The front-suspension model is modified to reduce extreme tire interaction in order to increase the controllability and safety of the vehicle. The multibody system simulations (MSS) approach is used to obtain realistic simulation of the kinematic and dynamic loading as the vehicle traverses the predefined road profile. The result of kinematic analysis indicates that our chosen vehicle is under-steered with a steady-state turning. The method of sine frequency-sweep vibration testing is used to obtain the dynamic properties for the subsequent dynamic simulation. The eventual objective of this research is to evaluate the ride comfort of the vehicle. The simulation results indicate that the ride comfort is within acceptable range for most human passengers.
