论北宋郏亶的治水思想

郏亶是北宋著名的水利学家,曾长期致力于太湖诸水系的研究。他总结吴越钱氏高低乡兼利的治水经验,结合宋初浙西水利失序的实际,提出了高低分治,"治水先治田",统筹规划、整体治理的治水思想,并在熙宁变法时期付诸实践。他的治水思想在实践过程中虽然遭到挫败,但却对后世产生了深远的影响。

On the Jia Dan’s Idea of Water Control

Jia Dan was a famous water conservancy expert in the Northern Song Dynasty, who had long been committed to the study of water systems of Taihu Lake. He summed up the Qian’s water management experience in Wuyue region,which benefited towns both in the high land and the low land. Considering the reality of water conservancy disorder in the early Song Dynasty in western Zhejiang, he proposed his water management ideas of "separating high and low lands", "harnessing fields before controlling waters", overall planning and overall control, and put them into practice during the Xining Reform Period. Although his idea of water control was frustrated in the course of practice, it had a profound influence on later generations.
