“一带一路”背景下陕西农业经济高质量增长影响因素

我国经济已经由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,农业经济的发展成为推动经济高质量发展的重要引擎。陕西省地处中国西部,是“一带一路”倡议建设的节点区域,也是中国向西开放的高地。加强与沿线国家农业领域的合作,有助于实现陕西经济高质量内涵式发展的目标。该文阐释了“一带一路”与陕西农业经济高质量增长的关系,对“一带一路”背景下陕西农业经济增长中存在的主要问题进行研究,就“一带一路”背景下陕西农业经济高质量增长的影响因素进行梳理,提出“一带一路”背景下陕西农业经济高质量增长的对策。

Influencing Factors of High Quality Growth of Agricultural Economy in Shaanxi Province under the Belt and Road

China's economy has shifted from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high quality development.Development of agricultural economy has become an important engine to promote high quality economic development.Shaanxi province is located in the western China.It is the node area of the Belt and Road strategy construction and the highland of China's opening to the west.Strengthening agricultural cooperation with countries along the Belt and Road was conducive to achieving the goal of high quality connotative economic development in Shaanxi.Firstly，relationship between the Belt and Road and high quality growth of Shaanxi's agricultural economy was explained；secondly， main problems of Shaanxi's agricultural economic growth under the Belt and Road were studied；thirdly， influential factors of Shaanxi's agricultural economy's high quality growth under the Belt and Road were analyzed；finally，the countermeasures of high quality growth of Shaanxi agricultural economy under the Belt and Road were put forward.
