玉米机械化收获减损技术

摘    要:系统分析了不同机型条件对玉米收获损失率的影响,初步研究不同机械收获方式及籽粒含水率对玉米机械收获损失率的影响,并建立含水率与损失率的关系模型。结果表明,不同机型条件对玉米机械收获损失的影响显著,且落粒损失与落穗损失存在显著影响关系,同时摘穗型收获的损失率高于籽粒型收获损失率。不同含水率条件对玉米机械收获损失的影响显著,含水率与损失率存在线性关系,当籽粒含水率<25%时,籽粒损失率<3%。该研究可为玉米机械收获减损技术的研究与推广提供数据支撑和科学依据。

Abstract:Effect of different machine type on corn harvesting loss rate was analyzed.Mechanical harvesting loss of corn by different mechanical harvesting methods and kernel moisture content was preliminarily discussed.A mathematical function between moisture content and loss rate was established.Results showed that different machine types had significant effects on corn harvest losses.There was a significant relationship between kernel loss and ear loss.Harvesting rate of harvester type of ear was higher than that of kernel.Different moisture content of kernel had a significant effect on harvest losses.There was a linear relationship between moisture content and loss rate.When moisture content of kernel was less than 25%,the kernel loss rate was less than 3%.This research could provide data support for research and promotion of corn mechanical harvesting loss reduction technology.
