摘    要:新中国成立70年来,中国茶产业快速发展,取得了不菲的成就。而各地的茶产业、茶文化也随着社会主义建设、改革的大潮,立足当地实际,充分发掘地方茶的优势,创造了地方茶发展的辉煌业绩,积累了地方茶发展的有益经验。本文以中国传统十大名茶之一的信阳茶为例,对其70年的发展历程和基本经验进行研究,希望能对区域茶产业发展和中国茶产业发展都产生重要的理论价值和现实意义。

Abstract:Since the founding of New China,China’s tea industry has developed rapidly and has witnessed great achievements.The tea industry and tea culture in various places have also developed according to local conditions along with the tide of socialist construction and reform,which have fully explored the advantages of local tea,created brilliant achievements and accumulated useful experience.Taking Xinyang tea,one of the ten famous traditional tea in China,as an example,this paper studies its development process and basic experience during the past 70 years.It may have important theoretical and practical significance for the development of regional tea industry and the development of China’s tea industry.
