摘    要:为解决传统粮食烘干系统燃煤污染大、能耗高、控制不易和烘干品质较低的问题,优化设计了国内首台套大型热泵粮食烘干塔系统。针对该系统的烘干塔特殊结构,采用极端载荷边界条件的有限元结构分析和动态分析方法,较好地实现了粮食烘干塔的结构强度和动态稳定性设计与分析,解决了烘干塔因实体结构太大不易试验分析的问题。试验结果表明,该热泵粮食烘干系统能够在-30℃低温环境下实现高效运行,并达到了空气源热泵粮食烘干塔系统的设计目标和稳定运行,具备产业化推广应用的相关技术要求。

Abstract:In order to solve problems of coal-fired pollution,high energy consumption,bad control and lower drying quality problems in normal grain drying systems,large scale heat-pump grain drying system was designed and optimized.According to special structure of drying tower of this system,finite element structure analysis and dynamic analysis method of extreme load boundary condition were adopted to designed and analyzed structural strength and dynamic stability of grain drying tower,problem that drying tower was too large to be tested and analyzed was solved.Test results showed that heat-pump grain drying system could achieve efficient and stable operation at low temperature environment of -30℃,that design goal was achieve.Heat-pump grain drying tower could meet relevant technical requirements for industrial application.
