渔政、渔会与渔民:台湾的渔会改进与渔业复兴(1954～1964)

本文深入考察中国台湾地区的档案、报刊、数据库资料,对"改进"时期台湾渔会改进与渔业复兴进行探讨。在此次改进过程中,台湾当局、议会及渔会三方分别从行政、提案、实施层面形成促渔发展的政策条件。本文通过社会经济史视角,将台湾农业社会与经济史结合,探讨其20世纪50年代复兴渔业的路径与具体成果。

On Fishery Administration,Fishing Association and Fisherman: A Case Study of Taiwan’s Fishing Association Improvement and Fishery Revival(1954～1964)

This paper made an in-depth investigation of archives, newspapers and database information in Taiwan region to probe into the improvement Taiwan’s fishing association and the revival of fishery. In the course of this improvement, the provincial government, parliament and fishing association of Taiwan put forward the policy conditions from three aspects of the administration, proposal and implementation levels to promote the development of fishing. Fishery economy was an important part of Taiwan’s social agricultural economy, and the improvement had a positive effect on the revival of its fisheries.From the perspective of socio-economic history, combining Taiwan’s agricultural society with its economic history, it discusses its path and concrete achievements in reviving fishery.
