从“秦桑低绿枝”探析《诗经》中的桑文化

《诗经》中的农事诗,较真实地反映了当时农业及其他各种生产活动的状况,其中记载了较多关于桑的情况。《诗经》中的桑主要分布在黄河中上游地区,桑的主要种类是柔桑和家养桑。在农桑稼穑的时代,桑的主要用途是供人们采桑喂蚕,以解决人们的穿衣问题。蚕桑业是我国古代重要的农业生产部门之一,本文通过对《诗经》中桑的研究,力图基本把握先秦时期人民生活现状,并总结出桑种植在黄河流域的历史变迁,对桑史的研究提供资料。

Analysis of Mulberry Culture in The Book of Songs Based on the Verse of “Thick Green Branches Hanging on Mulberry Trees in the Qin Area”

As the earliest extant farming poem in China, The Book of Songs reflected the situation of agriculture and other production activities at that time, which recorded a lot of information about mulberry. In The Book of Songs, mulberry was mainly distributed in the middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River, specifically in Guanzhong, Eastern Gansu, Baoji,southern Shanxi and Northern Henan. The main types of mulberry in The Book of Songs were soft mulberry and domesticated mulberry. In the era of agricultural production, mulberry was mainly used to pluck the mulberry leaves to feed silkworms so as to solve people’s clothing problems. Sericulture was one of the important agricultural production departments in ancient China. Through the analysis of mulberry in The Book of Songs, this paper probes into the situation of people’s life in the pre-Qin period, summarizes the historical changes of mulberry planting in the Yellow River basin, and provides information for the study of mulberry history.
