摘    要:云南普洱茶是历史名茶、地方特产,清代曾被列为贡茶,盛极一时。本文从普洱茶及其产地“六大茶山”的历史片断入手,回顾产、制、销等各个环节,对其近代几经沉浮却最终衰落的原因进行了初步探索。

Abstract:Yunnan Pu’er tea is a historically famous tea and local specialty,which was listed as the tribute tea in the Qing Dynasty.Starting with the historical fragments of Pu’er tea and its producing area called“Six Tea Mountains”,this paper reviews the production,manufacture and marketing of Pu’er tea,and explores the reasons for the decline after several ups and downs in modern times.
