| 摘 要： | 目的]延缓金红苹果硬度的下降速度,进而延长其货架期。方法]对金红苹果进行生长期喷施钙肥及采后浸钙、冰水1、-MCP处理,测定各处理对果实硬度的影响。结果]果实生长期间喷施钙肥只对果实硬度有影响,对货架期的果实硬度下降无延缓作用。冰水处理可延迟前期果实硬度下降进程1,-MCP处理可延迟货架期内果实硬度下降进程。结论]在今后的苹果生产中应提前喷钙时间。
