摘    要:为解决花生组织培养中细菌污染问题,在培养基中添加不同抗生素,在光照16h/d、光强3000lx、温度28℃的条件下培养,并观察材料受污染与生长情况。结果表明,培养基中添加抗生素能有效抑制花生组培苗的细菌性侵染,其中羧卞青霉素的抑茵效果最好;但添加抗生素对花生组培苗的生长有负面影响。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of bacterial pollution during peanut tissue culture,different antibiotics were added into the culture media.Under the culture conditions of 12 hours of light time every day,3 000 lx of light intensity and 28℃,the contaminated and growth situations of peanut culture seedlings were observed.The results showed that the addition of antibiotics could effectively restrain bacterial infection,in which,carbenicillin had the best control effect.But adding antibiotics had negative influence on growth of peanut seedlings.
