摘    要:为了评价汽车在正面碰撞事故中耐撞性能,以某SUV车型为例,应用HyperMesh仿真软件建立了车辆正面100%重叠刚性壁障碰撞有限元模型。设置整车仿真试验条件,得到该SUV车型的碰撞数据。对整车碰撞能量曲线、车身B柱加速度、前门框变形量、关键位置入侵量等指标进行了解读,对该车的耐撞性做出了合理评价和结构改进,为后续实车碰撞试验打下了良好的基础。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the vehicle crashworthiness in frontal crash,a finite element model of a SUV with 100%overlapping rigid barrier was established by using HyperMesh simulation software.The vehicle simulation test conditions are set,and the collision data of the SUV are obtained.The vehicle crash energy curve,body B pillar acceleration,front door frame deformation,key position intrusion and other indicators were interpreted,and the crashworthiness of the vehicle was reasonably evaluated and the structure was improved,which laid a good foundation for the subsequent real vehicle crash test.
