Comprehensive Description on the Learning Organization

Learning Organization has increasingly become a widely used concept among scholars and practitioners. Theoretical researches by the westernscholars were presented in this paper so as to facilitate future research and practical application, which included the definition of learning organization, thedifferences between learning organization and organizational learning and the theories of how to assess a learning organization.
