摘    要:根据南水北调工程中低扬程泵站采用变速运行的具体特点,研究了变速工况下泵装置性能的变化规律,指出在装置净扬程大于零的情况下,传统的水泵相似律不再适用于变速工况下的装置特性换算,提出了采用泵特性线性化和额定转速下装置特性预测变速工况下性能参数的方法.在引入"能耗比"的概念后,对一定时间段调水量恒定条件下的变速运行与其他调节方式的能耗进行了分析.在考虑变速装置效率、电动机效率和不同转速下泵效率变化下能耗比与净扬程关系的基础上,提出了确定不同净扬程下经济合理变速范围的方法.
