无花丹参叶盘组织培养再生体系的优化选择

摘    要:以丹参极品———无花丹参幼嫩叶片为外植体,对丹参的组织培养及植株再生体系进行优化选择,筛选出了能直接诱导芽再生的培养基MS+6-BA及直接诱导生根的培养基1/2MS+IBA。结果表明,该体系与通过愈伤组织获得的再生体系相比,提高了其有效化学成分的含量,为改良丹参品质及产量提供了技术支撑。

Abstract:A genetic transfomation regeneration system from aseptic seedling leaves of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge was developed.Adventitious shoots were directly induced and regenerated from leaf explants of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge,and the medium MS 6-BA,which could directly induce shoot regeneration,was used.Shoots were rooted on half-strength MS media with IBA.The results showed that compare with regeneration system mediated by callus,this system could increase the chemical composition and supply a new technology for improving quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.
