| 摘 要： | [目的]寻找快速鉴别高质量蜂蜜的方法.[方法]对不同品种的纯蜂蜜及常见掺假蜂蜜进行红外光谱分析。[结果]结果表明，纯蜂蜜的红外光谱基本相同；掺有葡萄糖、黄糖、蔗糖等的假劣蜂蜜红外光谱在波数1200～900cm^-1和600～400cm^-1与纯蜂蜜有突出的区别特征.[结论]该方法可用于鉴定纯蜂蜜与掺假蜂蜜.

| Abstract: | [Objective] The rapid test method of true and false honey was explored.
