细叶野牡丹扦插繁殖技术研究

不同扦插基质、扦插季节和插条部位育苗比较试验结果表明：不同处理间扦插生根和根系生长均存在极显著影响，以红壤：谷壳灰=4：1为基质的扦插效果最好，生根率平均达98．15％，生根数为13．83条，最长根为11．01cm；四季均可扦插，但最佳季节是春季。不同部位不同季节处理组合间比较，最好的处理组合为春季＋顶部枝条＋红壤：谷壳灰=4：1，生根率平均达95．37％，生根数为15．67条。

Study on Cuttage Propagation of Melastoma intermedium

A comparative cuttage propagation experiment of Melastoma intermedium was conducted with different culture substrata, seasons to implement cuttage and the cuttings made of varied portions of the shoots. The resuits showed that different treatments had significant influence on both rooting rate and the growth of the cuttings. The best substrate for the euttage of M. intermedium was composed of red soil, rice husk ash with proportions of 4： 1, by which the average rooting rate was 98.15% , the rooting number was 13.83, and the longest root length was 11.01 cm. The experiment showed that the cuttage of M. intermedium could be conducted around the year, but the best season would be spring. The most effective combination of treatments was cuttings made of the upper part of the shoots, spring season cottage plus substrate composed of red soil and rice husk ash （4：1 ）, by which the average rooting rate reached 95.37% , and the rooting number was 15.67.
