| 摘 要： | 随着规模化蛋鸡养殖产业的快速发展,养殖密度增大,病原微生物传播途径缩短,有效的消毒是鸡场疫病防控的重要保障。本研究通过开展蛋鸡养殖场人员通道、鸡舍、消毒池和水线四个关键环节的消毒试验,结果显示,蛋鸡场人员通道二氧化氯使用有效浓度为1:50,消毒池氢氧化钠溶液有效浓度为2%,鸡舍复合醛制剂熏蒸消毒有效浓度为1:200；饮水添加过硫酸氢钾复合物粉的有效浓度为1:400。结合蛋鸡产蛋率、料蛋比和抗体水平,整体来看,该蛋鸡场消毒效果良好,实现了消灭病原微生物和切断传播途径,保证了蛋鸡场的生物安全和生产性能,有效预防疫病的发生。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of large-scale layer breeding industry, the breeding density increases and the transmission route of pathogenic microorganisms is shortened. Effective disinfection is an important guarantee for the prevention and control of layer farm epidemics. This study did the disinfection test report selecting four key points of walkway, hen house, disinfecting pool and water. The result showed that the available concentration of chlorine dioxide on walkway is 1:50; effective concentration of sodium hydroxide solution is 2% on disinfecting pool; (glutaraldehyde, benzalkonium bromide, formaldehyde and glyoxal) fumigation effective concentration is 1:200 on an empty house; The effective concentration of potassium bisulfate complex powder in drinking water was 1:400.
