重铬酸钾稀释热比色法测定土壤有机质的研究

摘    要:采用重铬酸钾稀释热比色法测定土壤中的有机质,样品加标回收率为95.2%~108.2%,变异系数(CV)为2.67%~3.68%。结果表明:该方法操作简便,分析速度快,灵敏度和准确度均符合土壤分析要求,而且可以节约油料、能源、时间以及减少环境污染和消除实验中的安全隐患。

Abstract:The content of organic matter in soil was determined with the method of potassium bichromate-dilution heat colorimetric. The recovery rate was 95.2%~108.2% and the CV was 2.67 %~3.68 %. The results showed that this method was convenient operation, fast, low-cost and time-saving and meanwhile, can reduce the environmental pollution and dispel the hazard in the experiment. The sensitivity and accuracy of this method accorded with the request of soil analysis.
