| Abstract: | During last ten years,a rapid progress in the transformation and regeneration of plant and its application in crop breeding has been made.A number of techniques in the transformation and regeneration of plant and their application in peanut breeding were reviewed in the paper. Many laboratories in China have successfully applied these techniquies in the study and new insect-resistant and disease-resistant peanut cultivars were bred. |
