摘 要: | 目的]确定蔗渣活性炭对糖蜜酒精废水脱色的可行性。方法]通过单因素与正交试验,研究废水脱色的工艺条件及其影响因素。结果]结果表明,最佳工艺参数为:蔗渣活性炭投加量0.3 g/50m,吸附时间90 min,溶液pH值9.8和温度25℃。在该条件下,糖蜜酒精废水吸附脱色率达80.2%。结论]利用蔗渣活性炭对糖蜜酒精废水脱色是可行的。

Study on the Decolorization of Molasses Alcohol Wastewater Using Activated Carbon Prepared from Bagasse |

Abstract: | Objective] The study aimed to evaluate the utilization possibility of activated carbon prepared from bagasse in the decolorization of molasses alcohol wastewater.Method] The decolorization condition was studied through single factor and orthogonal experiment.Result] The results showed that the optimum technique parameters were the adsorbent amount of 0.3 g/50ml,the adsorption time of 90 min,pH value of 9.8 and the temperature of 25 ℃.The decolorization rate was as high as 80.2% under the treatment condition.Conclusion] It was feasible to use activated carbon prepared from bagasse to decolorize the molasses alcohol wastewater. |
