摘    要:以苦豆子7种生物碱单体和小菜蛾Plutella xylostella幼虫为试材,对分属于有机磷酸酯、氨基甲酸酯和生物源杀虫剂(阿维菌素)的4种杀虫剂进行了增效作用测定。结果表明:7种生物碱对辛硫磷的增效比值为0.82~1.96倍;对丙溴磷的增效比值为1.10~2.15倍;对灭多威的增效比值为1.23~1.84倍;对阿维菌素的增效比值为1.63~5.42倍(72 h)及0.96~2.96倍(96 h)。对增效机理进行了讨论。

Abstract:The synergism of 7 alkaloids from a leguminous plant ,Sophora alopecuroids, to four insecticides which belong to organophosphorus compounds,carbamate insecticides and natural chemicals.The results showed that the synergic ratio of seven alkaloids to phoxim was the range of 0.82~1.96 folds,1.10~2.15 folds to profenofos,1.23~1.84 folds to methomyl and 1.63~5.42 folds (72 h), 0.96~2.96 folds(96 h) to abamectin respectively. The synergic mechanisms of the alkaloids to insecticides were discussed.
