鼻内镜及电动切削系统在喉微创手术中的应用

目的观察鼻内镜及电动切削系统配合支撑喉镜在喉微创手术中应用的效果。方法对2006年1月至2007年12月间收治的43例喉部良性疾病患者(包括声带息肉、声带小结、喉乳头状瘤、会厌囊肿和披裂囊肿)在支撑喉镜加鼻内镜下应用电动切削系统进行微创手术。结果43例均一次手术成功,无明显并发症。声带息肉和小结患者20例,治愈19例,好转1例;会厌囊肿14例,披裂囊肿1例,全部治愈;喉乳头状瘤8例,治愈4例。全部病例随访4个月至2a,除4例小儿喉乳头状瘤外,其余未见复发。结论鼻内镜联合支撑喉镜和电动切削系统在治疗喉部某些良性病变中具有视野清晰、操作简便、精确度高、创伤性小等优点。

Application of nasal endoscope and micro-stryker instruments in microlaryngeal surgery

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of nasal endoscope and micro-stryker instruments in microlaryngeal surgery.Methods Forty-three patients with benign laryngeal dieases such as polyp,nodule,papilloma and cyst were treated by micro-stryker instruments combined with nasal endoscope and self-retaining laryngoscope from January 2006 to December 2007.Results All lesions were resected by the first surgery,and no intraoperative complications occurred.All patients were followed up for 4 months to 2 years.Of the 43 cases,19 cases of vocal cord polyp or nodules,15 cases of epiglottic or arytenoid cysts and 4 cases of laryngeal papilloma were cured,1 case of vocal cord polyp improved and 4 cases of laryngeal papilloma relapsed.Conclusion The method is simple,safe,and easy to manipulate in treating benign laryngeal dieases.
