食用菌工厂化生产环境控制模拟模型的研究

摘    要:在食用菌生产中,温度、湿度、光照和CO2浓度等是影响其生长的重要环境因子.为了有效控制影响食用菌生产的环境因子,提高食用菌生产自动化程度和产量,在确定食用菌生长环境因子要求的前提下,建立了工厂化生产食用菌环境控制模拟模型,利用计算机管理技术和传感技术来控制食用菌生产环境因子,提高食用菌生产的自动化程度和质量.

Abstract:Temperature, moisture, daylight illumination and CO2 concentration etc are main surrounding factors which affect the growth of edible fungus during production. In order to control effectively these surrounding factors, improve automatization and output of edible fungus, simulation model of surrounding control about edible fungus which is a manufactory-oriented production was established, surrounding factors of edible fungus were controlled through computer managed technology and sensor technology, and production automatization and quality of edible fungus was improved on the premise that requirement of growth surrounding factors were confirmed.
